Services & Packaging
- To provide a product of high quality, our technicians spend time on each piece of equipment making sure everything runs wells and looks good. Each product is tested, serviced, cleaned and stored by trained technicians under who follow a rigorous 30 point check list for each machine. After which each piece of equipment is audited before preparing for shipment.
- To make sure each piece of equipment gets to the customer safely we take all precaution while packing individual items. To do this we use layers of protective bubble wrap, plastic shrink wrap and heavy duty corners to protect the product from any movement during transportation. The equipment is then put on a custom made pallet and surrounded by a wooden frame to protect it from any unexpected damage.
- Our professional packing and specialized container loading procedures make sure that we prevent any damage that may come to the product on its way to the customer.
- Our in-house technical division specializes in the Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Sharp machines. Each of our service technicians are experienced and have extensive knowledge in Black & White, Color and Multifunction Office Imaging Equipment.
